Return Procedure

Please send product with a return form within 5 days of receipt, return damaged item with original packaging and accessories for a full refund of the cost of the item(s). We will issue your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which may be used at any time toward purchases at Gourmet Body Treats.

Step 2: Tell us what you need to return, date on your receipt, product price paid and why (damaged - describe, wrong item shipped, wrong amount shipped, other)

Step 3: We'll send you via email or you can download online the RMA form which will need to be filled out and sent with the returned product.

Step 4: Always pack the return in original box and mail via USPS first class with delivery confirmation.
