All orders made fresh when ordered with bio active ingredients.
During the hot summer months some products may soften during transit. Please refrigerate for 2-3 hours before opening products. All sizes are measured by weight not volume so some shifting of product is customary.
During the cold winter months some products may freeze while in transit. Please allow to sit at room temperature 1-2 hours before using.
