Return Policy

 

Your business is important to us. At Gourmet Body Treats, we double-check your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. But things do happen on occasion.

If something has been damaged during shipping, you may need to return the damaged portion of your order so that we can resolve the issue with our carrier. Please save all your packaging while we get things sorted out.

If not satisfied with your product for any reason please return it to us for an exchange or store credit. Exchange/store credit only, no refunds. Our current return policy limits returns to the amount of $150 for a 12 month period per person. In the past we have charged a 40% restocking fee but we never felt comfortable charging those fees so we decided to change it to a more liberal policy. We have set a limit because we have to throw away all products returned to us and as a small business it's difficult to absorb the cost of returns for reasons such as not liking the color. We hate throwing good products away but we would never sell a product to a customer that has been used and haven't figured out what to do with the lipstick colors that some customers felt were too pink or too dark.

Please note that all samples and trial sizes are non-returnable.
