Do you ship Internationnaly?
Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS priority mail which takes 10-14 days for transit. For more information about our shipping policy, please go to our shipping page.
Why are your containers so small?
Since our products are made from only natural ingredients, we intentionally design our packaging so that you will use them up before they expire.

A micron is the particle size of an ingredient. If the micron size is smaller than the opening of the first layer of skin it can penetrate deep into the skins layers. Nano sized microns are an example of this. We do not use any nano microns because we don't feel that their safety has been verified as of yet.

Can I get free samples?
Our production and shipping staff are currently working overtime to keep up with current demands so we are unable to send out any free samples at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can I return an Item if I don't like the color?

Are your ingredients really organic?
All ingredients stated as being organic are certified organic through the USDA. Many ingredients we use are grown organically but come from small family farms who cannot afford to get the facility certified organic which is an expensive process. Those ingredients are not marked as organic.

Can I order a product that is Out Of Stock?

Yes, but we have substituted sunflower oil for soybean oil in all of our products. See our Ingredient list for a comprehensive list of the ingredients we use, where they come from and how they are processed.
